Two of Scotland\u2019s long established and respected agricultural cooperatives, Highland Business Services (HBS) Ring Ltd and Ringlink (Scotland) Ltd, are delighted to confirm the formal approval and completion of the proposal to merge the two businesses, effective from 1 August 2025. This strategic union marks a major milestone in cooperative support for farming and crofting enterprises, securing the provision of machinery ring services for the long term across a substantial part of the country.<\/p>\n

The combined organisation will trade under the name Ringlink (Scotland) Ltd, bringing together the collective strength of more than 4,000 members and a combined annual turnover in excess of \u00a3100 million. The expanded cooperative will continue to serve a vast geography\u2014from North-East and Central Scotland to the Highlands and Islands, including Sutherland, Skye and Argyll\u2014while retaining its local focus and trusted relationships.<\/p>\n
